Full-Time Driver | Staples Canada (Windsor, ON)
As a driver, you’ll handle everything from loading trucks and planning routes to delivering office supplies like printers, paper, and ink cartridges. Friendly customer interaction, safe driving, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs are key parts of the role.
Responsibilities
- Inspect your assigned truck before hitting the road.
- Load and secure office supplies for delivery.
- Complete daily delivery routes across Windsor.
- Provide excellent customer service at drop-offs and collect delivery confirmations.
- Manage product returns efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and report any issues.
- Use handheld scanners for proof of delivery and stock tracking.
- Assist warehouse teams when routes finish early.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety standards.
Requirements
Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
- At least 1 year driving experience with a straight truck (16ft or longer).
- Clean driving record required.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong navigation skills using maps or apps.
- Excellent communication and customer service.
- Physically fit to lift heavy loads (up to 70 lbs).
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle tight schedules.
- Knowledge of Windsor’s roads and safe loading practices.
- Familiarity with scanners and basic vehicle maintenance.
