This full-time onsite role pays between $25–$30 per hour, depending on skills and certifications. Daily work includes planting, mowing, trimming, irrigation checks, and park upkeep. A trade certificate in horticulture, chemical handling ticket, and driver’s license are preferred, but those with strong gardening know-how and a good attitude are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
- Plant, water, and maintain trees, flowers, and shrubs.
- Repair and monitor irrigation systems.
- Mow lawns, edge paths, pull weeds, and clear rubbish.
- Prune and trim plants for health and appearance.
- Apply fertilizers and approved chemicals safely.
- Operate gardening equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
- Identify plant issues and report to supervisors.
- Support large cleanup and landscaping projects.
- Drive vehicles to work sites (manual license preferred).
- Follow workplace safety guidelines.
- Clean and maintain tools and gear after use.
- Communicate with site managers on daily tasks.
Requirements
Education

Trade Certificate in Horticulture or equivalent skills.
Experience

Some prior experience in gardening, landscaping, or parks maintenance preferred.
Skills
- Hands-on with plants, soil, and outdoor tools.
- Physically fit to work outdoors full days.
- Safe handling of chemicals and equipment.
- Holds a valid driver’s license (manual a plus).
- Works well in a team environment.
Knowledge
- Plant care and seasonal pruning.
