Panthers Group is hiring a Part-Time Courtesy Bus Driver at North Richmond Panthers Club. This role covers Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts, including nights and public holidays, with a pay rate of $28–$32 AUD per hour in line with NSW hospitality awards. You’ll be the friendly face behind the wheel, safely driving members and guests, keeping the bus in great condition, and helping around the club when not on the road. If you’ve got a valid driver’s license, RSA, RCG, and First Aid certificate (or are willing to get them), plus a customer-first attitude, this could be your community-focused gig.

Responsibilities
- Drive members and guests safely to and from the club using navigation tools.
- Keep the courtesy bus clean, safe, and presentable.
- Ensure passenger comfort and safety at all times.
- Report incidents or issues quickly to management.
- Assist club operations when not driving (glass pickup, bar support, light cleaning).
- Wipe tables and support staff with venue upkeep.
- Uphold safety and security standards in and around the club.
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Solve passenger or route issues on the spot.
- Maintain professional grooming and presentation.
- Communicate clearly with team members and patrons.
- Contribute to the club’s welcoming, friendly atmosphere.

Qualifications

Full valid driver’s license.
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol).
- RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling).
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
