You’ll work morning or weekend shifts, helping with general farming duties such as planting, harvesting, sorting, and maintaining crops. Training will be provided, making this an ideal entry-level role for anyone looking to gain experience in Japan’s agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, harvesting, and crop maintenance.
- Clean and organize work areas.
- Sort, pack, and label farm products for shipping.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work efficiently in a team.
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude toward coworkers.

- 06:00 – 12:00
- 08:00 – 17:00
- 08:30 – 16:30
