Commworx Civil Pty Ltd is expanding its workforce due to major civil construction projects across Sydney, Newcastle, the Central Coast, and regional NSW. We are hiring skilled and motivated workers for multiple positions in high-profile projects such as Subdivisions, Mines, Renewable Energy Projects, and Roadworks.

Available Positions
- Truck Drivers (HR / HC) – Watercarts, Tippers & Truck and Dogs
- Pipe Layers
- Front-End Loader Operators
- Moxy Operators (Coal Mine), Roller, and GPS Excavator Operators
- Skilled Labourers
Key Details
- Work Hours: Approx. 10-hour days (Day & Night Shifts Available)
- Pay Rate: $35 – $44.99/hour (based on experience)
- Living Away Allowances for regional projects
- Project Swings: 21x7, 14x7, 10x4, and 7x7 available
- Training Support: Commworx assists dedicated staff with skill and certification upgrades
Requirements
- Relevant certificates, tickets, or licenses for your role
- Current Australian driver’s licence (HR preferred)
- White Card (Construction Induction Safety Certificate)
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Willingness to undergo Pre-employment Medical, Drug & Alcohol Test, and Police Check if required
- First Aid / CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Coal Board Medical preferred but not mandatory
