Job Overview

MIT Recruitment Agency is recruiting SSW Building Cleaners for placements in Japan. You’ll carry out daily cleaning tasks, dusting, mopping, disinfecting, restocking supplies, to keep workspaces safe and presentable to employer standards. This role calls for a positive, organized worker who knows how to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Dust, mop, wash, and disinfect offices, desks, chairs and common areas.
• Restock consumables (paper, soap, towels) and maintain supply levels.
• Clean areas that may contain oils, chemicals, or other hazards following safety rules.
• Remove trash and keep work areas tidy and free from hazards.
• Follow employer cleaning standards and documented procedures.
• Use cleaning equipment and products correctly and safely.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in cleaning or related roles.
• High school graduate (minimum).
• EX-TRAINEE / Completed Technical Intern Trainee Program preferred.
• Japanese Language Proficiency Test and relevant skills test — interest and willingness to work in Japan required.
• Able to follow safety procedures when handling chemicals and hazardous areas.
