Bulldozer Operator
Key Responsibilities
- Operate bulldozers and heavy earthmoving equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare construction sites by leveling ground, pushing earth, and removing debris.
- Follow project plans and supervisor instructions.
- Conduct daily equipment checks and basic maintenance.
- Report faults or mechanical issues promptly.
- Coordinate with other heavy equipment operators to ensure smooth site operations.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements
Education & Certification:
- No formal education required, heavy equipment certifications preferred.
- Valid Heavy Equipment Operator License or relevant training is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Bulldozer Operator in construction, quarry, or earthmoving projects.
- Previous work experience in Qatar or the Gulf region is advantageous.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in operating bulldozers and related machinery.
- Understanding of site safety and earthmoving techniques.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under Qatar’s climate and project schedules.
