This full-time role involves safely transporting staff, clients, or goods while maintaining high standards of road safety, punctuality, and customer service.

The position is ideal for candidates with UAE driving experience who are familiar with city routes, traffic laws, and professional driving standards. Drivers may be assigned to light vehicles, vans, or company cars depending on operational needs.
This role requires flexibility, responsibility, and a professional attitude. Drivers may be required to work day or night shifts, weekends, and public holidays depending on schedules. The company values reliability, safe driving habits, and respect for company property.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles according to UAE traffic laws and regulations.
- Transport staff, clients, or materials to assigned destinations on time.
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, both interior and exterior, at all times.
- Conduct basic daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tires, brakes).
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently.
- Assist passengers with entry/exit when required.
- Maintain accurate trip logs and delivery records if assigned.
- Ensure safety of passengers, cargo, and company assets.
- Adhere to company policies, road safety rules, and professional conduct standards.
- Support team operations during peak or emergency situations.
- Be flexible with duties based on business requirements.
Requirements
Education
- No formal education required.
- Basic literacy (English or Arabic) preferred for communication and instructions.
Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of driving experience in the UAE preferred.
- Fresh drivers with strong road knowledge may also apply.
- Experience with delivery, staff transport, or corporate driving is an advantage.
Skills & Knowledge
- Valid UAE Driving License (Light Vehicle – Category 3).
- Strong knowledge of UAE roads, traffic signs, and safety laws.
- Good time management and navigation skills.
- Physically fit and able to sit for long driving hours.
- Polite, respectful, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and schedules accurately.
- Basic vehicle maintenance awareness.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime if needed.
- Team player with a responsible and professional mindset.
